IVAN's LAW
Your Share To Be Fair
The State of Ohio (and eventually all other states) need to change
their laws to provide some minimal protection of the rights of
beneficiaries to estates and trusts so that Executors and Trustees
cannot blindly lie, cheat and steal from estate assets without any
oversight by the Probate Court.
WHAT IS THIS LAW ABOUT?
The purpose of this law would be to ensure accountability of Executors
and Trustees from the beginning of administration of an estate with an
effective and practical minimal oversight by the Probate Court.
WHY ENACT THIS LAW?
In almost every case, the Executor of the Estate and/or the Trustee of
the Trust has immediate and full control of estate assets and is
trusted without question and without any basic oversight by the Probate
Court.
